Ping i15 Irons
In the design of the Ping i15 irons, engineers focused on the needs of the better player who benefits from an iron set that offers the control to play a variety of shots. Created as a progressive set, the longer irons are larger for more forgiveness while the mid-irons and short-irons transition slightly smaller to ensure more workability and control on approach shots.
The stainless steel Ping irons features a tungsten toe insert to add forgiveness to the mid-size design. A stabilizing bar and Custom Tuning Port (CTP) provide the feel and sound attributes preferred by better players.
AWT Steel Shaft
Ascending Weight Technology shafts are designed to have lighter long irons for increased club head speed and higher trajectory and heavier short irons for a lower ball flight and optimal ball control.
Custom Tuning Port with Stabilizing bar
The cavity design features a stabilizing bar and a new CTP shape to support the face for a solid feel and sound across the hitting surface.
