The Ping K15 iron/hybrid combination lets you customize your set to improve your ball flights and build consistency in your game. The larger Ping K15 iron combines a lightweight face with a stainless-steel body to optimize forgiveness and launch conditions. Four hybrid options (3 through 6) rely on a design that creates low-spinning, high-launching shots that fly long and straight.
A blended set comprised of multi-metal irons and higher launching hybrids, the PING K15 Combo Iron set is designed for maximum forgiveness. The titanium face and larger steel body of the K15 iron create a higher MOI for greater accuracy and consistent distance. The wide-soled irons feature a low and deep CG position to promote higher trajectories. Two stainless steel hybrids offer options to a traditional 5 or 6 iron. The 3- and 4-hybrids ensure higher-launching shots for slower swing speed golfers. Each hybrid is engineered with patent-pending technology which reduce spin and increase launch.
AWT (Ascending Weight Technology) Steel Shafts are designed to have lighter long irons for increased club head speed and higher trajectory and heavier short irons for a lower ball flight and optimal ball control.>
TFC 149i Shafts in the Hybrids designed by PING are engineered with lightweight materials and feature progressive weight, flex and torque profiles to increase club head speed for maximum distance while providing optimal launch conditions for superior control, consistency and feel.
Irons feature a larger, lightweight titanium face that saved 27 grams which were allocated to the perimeter and the sole to increase the MOI.
An extra-wide sole features a low and deep center of gravity to promote high trajectories and low spin. The sole geometry also keeps the club from digging.
